With three cozy bedrooms and three bathrooms, including an ensuite, you will feel right at home in our tastefully decorated space. The two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a double bed are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby wineries, plays and other attractions.
Our full kitchen is equipped with a small island and a harvest table, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them with your loved ones. The living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and DVD player for your entertainment and relaxation.
For even more entertainment options, head to our basement family gathering room. You’ll find two double hide-a-bed couches, a large screen TV, Xbox & DVD player, and an electric fireplace to keep you cozy and entertained. With a third bathroom on this floor, you won’t have to worry about convenience and comfort.
Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views from our main patio, complete with an outdoor dining table, umbrella, BBQ, and lounge chairs. You can watch the many local birds that frequent the property and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Our secondary rear patio with a fire pit is perfect for relaxation, and we have supplied ample firewood to keep you cozy. There’s also a front patio seating area for you to slow down your world and breathe in the fresh air.

Bracken House is ideal for groups of friends or families! There’s room to ramble and to relax amidst mature gardens, looking over orchards and the fields beyond. Here you will find a quiet spot, away from the hustle and bustle of it all.
Sunny summer days mean time with a good book or catching up with friends. When you return from a walk in the crisp air of fall and winter, cozy up in front of the wood burning fireplace. Or pop in a movie and enjoy. When it is time to gather for a meal, you can prepare it in the fully equipped kitchen or on the BBQ on the back patio. Enjoy your own delicious meal with a glass of wine or beer at the harvest kitchen table, or outside around the patio table. It’s time to slow down. Bracken House could be your Niagara getaway!
The master bedroom with ensuite features a large bay window looking over the rear garden. The remaining two bedrooms afford large windows looking to the forest park beyond the front garden. There’s full access to the large basement family room with its two hide-a-bed couches, TV/DVD player, electric fireplace, and adjoining third bathroom. For longer stays, laundry facilities are available. Of course, there is free Wifi throughout.
Will it be a late arrival? Want to catch your breath first? Provisions for your first breakfast can be stocked in the kitchen, for a surcharge, upon request. Niagara is a great place for fresh and local fare: there is a farmer’s market on Wednesdays and Saturdays just down the road! We also have a sweet arrangement with a hot tub rental company; just ask us for details. Your accommodation possibilities can be expanded for other gatherings such as family reunions or small staff retreats. For larger groups, additional accommodations can be provided at our adjacent property, Bushy House Bed & Breakfast. It’s just a short walk along the forest path between them.
