**Effective January 2025, the town of Niagara-On-The-Lake has added a 4% Accommodation Tax to all Cottage Rentals (MAT), as well as HST.
50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING. THE BALANCE IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL, ALONG WITH A $500 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT (damage deposit will be refunded after inspection during the subsequent cleaning) .
